What is Rise Above the Fire?
A life-coaching brand created by Tracy LeClear, focused on personal goals, confidence, boundaries, and purpose for people living with fibromyalgia.
What does lived experience bring to coaching?
My experience helps shape the way I listen and the importance I place on feeling understood. Your experience may be different from mine, and your goals remain your own.
Is coaching medical care or therapy?
No. Coaching does not diagnose or treat fibromyalgia or mental health conditions. It supports personal goals and choices alongside appropriate professional care.
Do I have to stay positive?
No. Frustration, grief, uncertainty, and joy can all have a place. You do not need to hide a difficult day to deserve support.
What if my capacity changes?
Changing capacity belongs in the planning process. Personal goals can be broken into smaller steps and revisited without treating adjustments as failure.
Can friends or family use this website?
Yes. My story and the resource articles can help begin conversations about living with a condition that may not be visible.
Do I need the guide before exploring coaching?
No. The guide is an optional companion, and you can explore the website without purchasing a book.
Where can I learn about treatments?
Visit the Resources page for information from health organizations, and discuss treatment options with your healthcare team.
Does the cookbook promise symptom relief?
No. It is a source of cooking inspiration. It does not promise to treat or cure fibromyalgia, and recipes may need to be adapted to individual dietary needs.
