Life coaching with Tracy LeClear

A next chapter that respects your needs.

Explore confidence, boundaries, and purpose in 45-minute coaching sessions, with room for the reality of living with fibromyalgia.

A life that makes room for you

Support for the life around the pain.

Rise Above the Fire is about finding a way forward that respects your capacity. Together, we can explore what matters to you and turn it into manageable personal goals.

01 / CONFIDENCE

Reconnect with yourself.

Make space for your interests, strengths, and identity beyond a diagnosis. Explore what a meaningful life looks like for you now.

02 / BOUNDARIES

Honor your needs.

Practice communicating your limits, asking for support, and setting boundaries without measuring your worth by how much you accomplish.

03 / DIRECTION

Take a possible next step.

Break personal goals into smaller steps and leave room to adjust. A difficult day can change the plan without taking away your purpose.

Our approach

Room to pause.
Room to begin again.

A plan can change with your capacity. We can return to what matters, adjust the next step, and keep your goals connected to your actual life.

A place to start

What would you like more room for: an interest you miss, a boundary you need, or a goal that feels out of reach?

A step you can shape

Explore your options, choose a manageable action, and reflect on what worked. Your needs belong in the plan.

Coaching supports personal goals and choices. Medical symptoms and treatment decisions belong with your healthcare team.

Before you begin

A little clarity.

What can life coaching help me explore?

Personal goals, confidence, boundaries, communication, and purpose. Coaching offers space to consider your choices and work toward steps that fit your life.

Do I have to feel positive all the time?

No. You can acknowledge pain, frustration, and uncertainty. You don’t have to perform optimism or turn every difficult experience into a lesson.

Does coaching treat fibromyalgia?

No. Coaching does not diagnose, treat, or cure fibromyalgia and does not replace medical care or mental health treatment. Your healthcare professionals remain your source for treatment advice.

You don’t have to prove your pain
to deserve understanding.

There is room for the person you are today—and the life you still want to build.
